Signing in, free credits, your data, deleting your account, and getting help.
Signing in
Accounts sign in with Google. Before anything runs on a new account, the dashboard asks you to accept the terms of service.
Free credits
Verify a phone number from the dashboard (one number per account, a code by SMS) and free credits are added to your balance once.
Your data
Dashboard → Settings → Export my data downloads what we keep about your account as JSON: profile and sign-in methods, sessions, API keys (names and prefixes, never the keys), secrets' names (never their values), credits and their history, subscriptions, templates and request logs.
Delete my data deletes your API keys and secrets and keeps the account.
Deleting your account
Delete my account, in the same place, erases it with all its data (asked twice; you may have to sign in again first). A running subscription is cancelled (Stripe keeps the invoices, as accounting law requires). Templates you published on the marketplace stay online, without your name.
Accounts unused for 3 years without a subscription are deleted too, after an email 30 days before and another 7 days before: signing in keeps the account.
Your own AI key
Bring your own AI provider in Dashboard → AI provider: its model calls are then not billed. See Your own model.
Help
Dashboard → Help centre opens a request; the answer comes by notification. Pro and Scale tickets are answered first.
